All items are special made to order with love and will be shipped within 5-7 business days! Please allow 2-3 additional business days to receive your order (approximately 7-10 business days for you to receive your order).
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
Please inspect your order carefully and immediately. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation via email at tangelia@bodifulcreations.com.

• If your package is damaged, please file a claim with the postal service.
• We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment. Our products are handcrafted with care and made to order; therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns. You may cancel your order if it has not shipped but must do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages (orders will not be reshipped if we receive a delivery confirmation).
• We are not responsible for customers accidentally ordering the wrong product (not liking the scent or color).
